Elegant princess bed, July 16, 2010 By MISHMANKA (USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Cinderella Twin Carriage Canopy Bed Frame My daughter got this bed when she was 3 yrs old and LOVES it! It is made very well and is easy to put together. It has kind of a pink hue to it and I made a sparkle canopy for it (it does not come with a canopy cover) and it looks truly magical now! The bed is sturdy enough for a parent to sit on as well to read books, etc. Well worth the price and she can use it for several years.

When my husband pulled the first piece out of the box, he was concerned because of the look. It's metal, but made to look like distressed wood with pink underneath. After putting together several pieces, he realized that it was the style of the bed and everything came together without a glitch. My daughter thinks she's a princess in this bed and it made transitioning to her own room a whole lot easier.

Wish they had these when I was a kid. it's her first big bed & she had no trouble leaving her crib behind to get into this magical bed. It's sturdy too. She'll be in it for a while. My only gripe is that the swirls catch on my daughter's pj's. But as she gets bigger, that won't be an issue.
